Privacy Policy
Effective January 1, 2004, the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) came into full force. McLennan & Company Ltd., Trustee in Bankruptcy, and its employees take client* confidentiality and privacy very seriously. We have documented a privacy policy in compliance with PIPEDA and the policy is available on request. The written policy is consistent with standards for confidentiality that our firm has practiced since its inception in 1995.
